Founder's Story

meet Ginny Wan

Previously, she worked at various auction houses including Christie's London. Observing few innovations in the art business industry, she honed her digital marketing skills in the fast-paced world of E-commerce & tech. She had previously worked for one of the largest digital advertising agencies in Europe, where she led strategies for over 20 client accounts and oversaw $5M in Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Google ad spend, yielding profitable returns.

Combining her experiences in growth hacking e-commerce brands and the art business, she founded Surreal Digital, an art marketing agency. She then created Surreal Academy to condense digital marketing expertise and knowledge into an affordable online courses for everyone who want to grow their art business. In this video, she shares her personal connection to art and her mission to create a more accessible and democratised art world.
